Community mapping is a tool that can be used to tell a story about what is happening in our communities. During community mapping events, community members come together and collect data on their assets such as health clinics, community halls, identifying where the eligible populations live and schools mapping them on a flip chart. The data collected can be used by primary health workers for planning and in improving their health and nutrition services.
